Étape 7 : Percez 4 trous dans le « liner de
piscine ».

Percez quatre trous dans le « liner de piscine », en
vue du montage de la « bride avant SST » sur la paroi
de la piscine.
Assurez-vous que le « joint » n'est pas endommagé !

Étape 8 : Percez 4 trous dans le « liner de
piscine ».

Diamètre du trou :
8 mm
Percez quatre trous dans le « liner de piscine », en
vue du montage de l'« assemblage à bride soudée »
sur la paroi de la piscine.
Percez un grand trou central dans le liner, afin de
faire transiter le « tube fileté SST » par la paroi.
Assurez-vous que le « joint » n'est pas endommagé !
Étape 9 : Installez l'« assemblage à bride
soudée ».

Enlevez le liner en papier blanc côté arrière du «
joint en silicone » bleu (510-0224) et collez le joint à
l'arrière de l'« assemblage à bride soudée ». Placez
le tube fileté à l'intérieur du trou central.
Étape 10b : Fixez l'« assemblage à bride
soudée ».

Enlevez le liner en papier blanc côté arrière du « joint
EVA » noir (510-0244) et collez-le sur la face avant de
la « bride arrière en PVC » (510-0270).
Fixez la « bride arrière en PVC » à l'aide de quatre
rondelles SST
(504-9043) et de quatre « écrous de blocage en
nylon » (504-9044).
Étape 10a : Fixez l'« assemblage à bride
soudée ».
Montez l'« assemblage à bride soudée » à l'intérieur
du bassin de la piscine à l'aide de quatre « boulons
à tête fraisée M8 x 70 mm » (501-0146).
Étape 11 : Appliquez le « joint en silicone ».
(510-0224)
Enlevez le liner en papier blanc côté arrière du « joint
en silicone » bleu (510-0224) et collez le joint sur la «
bride soudée assy ». (côté moteur)
Assurez-vous que les six trous dans le joint sont
correctement alignés avec ceux de la « bride SST ».
