Appliquez l'« autocollant de perçage B » (403-0370)
aux blocs « Stepoc » et assurez-vous que l'autocollant
se trouve dans une position correcte, avec le côté
droit au-dessus. Déterminez X et Y en fonction du
diamètre externe des lamelles ainsi que du type
d'installation.
Étape 12 : Insérez les « chevilles en nylon ».

Insérez quatre « chevilles en nylon » (504-0136) dans
les quatre trous.
et Assurez-vous que les chevilles sont correctement
insérées dans les trous et qu'aucune ne dépasse de
la paroi en briques.
Étape 13 : Installez la « bride avant SST ».

Enlevez le liner en papier blanc côté arrière du «
joint en silicone » bleu (510-0224) et collez le joint
sur l'arrière de la « bride avant SST ». Utilisez quatre «
boulons à tête fraisée M8x70 mm « (501-0146) pour
l'installation de la « bride avant SST » sur la paroi en
blocs Stepoc.
Étape 15 : Appliquez la « cimentation ».
Étant donné que les deux « brides SST » dépassent
des parois en béton de la piscine, il est recommandé
d'appliquer la cimentation à l'intérieur de la piscine,
avant d'appliquer le liner de piscine. Couvrez la «
bride SST » afin d'empêcher le ciment d'entrer dans
les trous ! Épaisseur de cimentation : min. 4 mm
max. 12 mm
Étape 14 : Fixez la « bride avant SST ».
Côté
palier
La « bride avant SST » est dorénavant installée sur la
paroi en blocs Stepoc.
Étape 16 : Finissez la « cimentation ».
Lorsque la cimentation est durcie, la surface avant
des brides doit être nettoyée !
Une surface nettoyée garantit une bonne adhésion
entre la bride et les joints en silicone.
