0371) aux briques et assurez-vous que l'autocollant
se trouve dans une position correcte, avec le côté
droit au-dessus.
Déterminez X et Y en fonction du diamètre externe
des lamelles ainsi que du type d'installation.
Étape 11 : Appliquez une couche fine de «
cimentation ».

soudée », assurez-vous que toutes les irrégularités des
briques sont aplanies, en appliquant une couche
fine de cimentation dans la zone autour des trous.

Étape 12 : Préparez la « bride avant SST ».

La « bride avant SST » peut être préparée, pendant
que la cimentation est en cours de séchage. Insérez
quatre « boulons à tête fraisée M8 x 70 mm » (504-
0146) dans les trous correspondants de la « bride
avant SST » et vissez une douille filetée sur chacun
des boulons. (Les douilles filetées ne font pas partie
du contenu d'emballage !)
Étape 13 : Insérez la « résine d'ancrage
chimique ».

Dès que la « bride avant SST » est préparée et que la
couche de cimentation est sèche, la « résine d'ancrage
chimique » peut être insérée dans les quatre trous. Dès que
chaque trou est rempli, insérez les douilles filetées dans les
quatre trous et appuyez. (La résine d'ancrage chimique
ne fait pas partie du contenu de l'emballage !)
Étape 15 : Appliquez la « cimentation ».
Aussitôt que les deux « assemblages à bride » sont
installés, la cimentation peut être appliquée sur les
parois de piscine. Avant d'appliquer la cimentation,
couvrez les trous des brides avec un adhésif, afin
d'empêcher leur obstruction.
Retirez l'adhésif, dès que la cimentation est durcie.
Épaisseur de cimentation : min. 4 mm -max. 10 mm
Étape 14 : Séchage de la « résine chimique ».
Pendant que la « résine d'ancrage chimique » est en
cours de durcissement, il est impératif d'appuyer sur
la « bride avant SST ».
Attention ! Le temps de séchage de la « résine
d'ancrage chimique » est indiqué sur l'emballage.
Étape 16 : Appliquez le « joint en silicone ».

Retiez le liner en papier blanc du côté arrière du «
joint en silicone » bleu (510-0224) et collez le joint sur
la « bride avant SST ». (côté palier) Assurez-vous que
les trous dans le joint sont correctement alignés avec
ceux de la « bride SST ». Assurez-vous que la bride est
propre, avant d'appliquer le joint.
