Appliquez l'« autocollant de perçage A » (403-
0369) à l'intérieur du coffrage et assurez-vous que
l'autocollant se trouve dans une position correcte,
avec le côté droit au-dessus. Déterminez X et Y en
fonction du diamètre externe des lamelles ainsi que
du type d'installation. (Symétrique au côté moteur)
Étape 19 : Fixez l'« assemblage de la bride
avant ».

Installez l'« assemblage à bride avant » à l'intérieur
de la paroi du coffrage, en utilisant les boulons M8.
Veillez, dans ce cas-là, à ce que la bride avant soit
plane contre l'intérieur du coffrage.

Étape 20 : Déversement du béton.

Aussitôt que le béton est durci, les vis de fixation peuvent être dévissées. Le coffrage peut être retiré. Nettoyez
la « bride avant SST » afin d'enlever toutes les impuretés et/ou la poussière. Cela permet une bonne adhésion
entre le joint et la « bride avant ».
Étape 23 : Appliquez les « joints en silicone ».

Retiez le liner en papier blanc du côté arrière du «
joint en silicone » bleu (510-0224) et collez le joint sur
la « bride avant SST ». Faites ceci pour les deux parois
de la piscine ! Assurez-vous que les trous dans le joint
sont correctement alignés avec ceux de la « bride ».
Étape 22 : Enlevez le « coffrage ».
Étape 24 : Appliquez le « liner de piscine ».
Après avoir appliqué les « joints » aux deux « brides »,
le « liner de piscine » peut être appliqué à l'intérieur
de la piscine.
Si nécessaire, nettoyez et aplanissez les parois en
béton.
