Troubleshooting

The oven does not heat up:
o Check if the timer is set
o Check if the temperature is set

A metallic sound can be heard while the oven is in use:
o Do not attempt repairs yourself. Contact your supplier to have the fan checked.

Food is often overcooked or blackened, even when following a recipe exactly:
o Check if the fan is operating properly.
o Contact your supplier to have the temperature knob and thermostat checked.

Any defect affecting the functionality of the appliance that becomes apparent within one year after
purchase will be corrected by free repair or replacement provided the appliance has been used and
maintained in accordance with the instructions and has not been abused or misused in any way. Your
