Cleaning the heating element with lemon juice:
The heating element of the Bourgini Health Fryer
may never be removed. UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE.
Position the Bourgini Health Fryer in such a way
that the heating element can be cleaned with a
soft sponge and a mild detergent. Do NOT use stiff
brushes, abrasive sponges or other tools, as these
will damage the heating element. You can use a small
stick with a cloth wrapped around it to clean areas
that are hard to get to. After cleaning, the heating
element must be wiped dry with a soft tea towel. In
order to remove inaccessible fatty deposits, place a
saucer in the Bourgini Health Fryer with a little bit
of water (1 to 3 millimetres). Cut a lemon into pieces
and put them on the saucer. Switch on the Health
Fryer for 10 to 12 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
Remove the saucer, clean everything with a damp
cloth and wipe dry afterwards.
