the MAX level, the overflow sensor (3) will sound
an alarm and your Soupmaker will not work.
This is to prevent hot liquid from leaking out of your
Soupmaker during use.
•
Once everything is correctly positioned, plug in the
Soupmaker. Press the Menu button (7) to select
the function you want to use, then press the Power
button (8).
•
To stop a programme, press the Power button for 2
seconds and then remove the lid (2).
Note: always be careful when removing the lid (2).
•
Hot steam may be released from under the lid (2).
•
At the end of a programme, the appliance beeps
and the panel lights flash.
•
After 1 minute, the appliance stops automatically.
The soup is now ready. The soup can be poured
directly from the metal jug (5).
•
As soon as the appliance has been switched off
and unplugged, you can prepare a new soup in the
Soupmaker. Make sure that the appliance has
cooled down sufficiently before use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Always disconnect the appliance from the power
outlet before cleaning.
•
Do not clean the Soupmaker in a dishwasher.
•
Clean the surface of the Soupmaker (jug) (5) and
the lid (motor unit) (2) with a soft, damp cloth.
•
You can rinse the inside of the jug (5) and the lid
(2) with water to remove remaining morsels
of food.
•
Wipe off any remaining food using a soft cloth
and mild detergent before rinsing the Soupmaker
again with water.
Please note: the blades (4) under the lid (2) are
•
non-removable and very sharp. Extreme care
should be taken when cleaning the inside of the
lid (2). Use a brush to clean the blades (4). After
each use, clean the overflow sensor (3) with a
brush in warm tap water.
•
The "Pulse" function (14) can also be used to
clean the Soupmaker. Add 1.3 litres of hot water
to the jug (5) together with a small amount of
mild detergent.
•
Place the lid (2) on the jug (5) until you hear
a click and turn on the "Pulse" function (14).
•
Do not use this function for more than 20
seconds consecutively.
•
Then dry the Soupmaker with a dry cloth.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Electrical appliances, accessories and their
packaging must be reused as much as possible in
an environmentally sound manner. Do not dispose of

these items together with your normal rubbish. Only

electronic appliances, the appliances that are no
longer used must be collected and recycled in an
environmentally sound manner.

the date of purchase as stated on your purchase
receipt, which also your proof of warranty. Please
turn to your retailer to claim your warranty. The
warranty shall not apply if the product is subjected
to incorrect use,, improperly disassembled,
damaged by falls, impacts or similar, or if damage
is caused due to failure to descale in good time
products that are manufactured for use with water.
Should a certain product be provided with specific
warranty terms and conditions, these shall receive
priority over general terms and conditions. The
warranty shall not apply to indirect damages.
