ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
6. Place the shade (C) inside of the cage (D). Lift
the assembly upward, placing the bolts in the
cage (D) into the slot on the side of the ceiling
canopy (B). Rotate the assembly until it is
engaged in the slots.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Wipe clean using soft, dry cloth or static duster. Always avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives
to clean fixture as they may damage the finish.
Bulb Replacement: Use two 18-watt max. CFL spring self-ballasted GU24-base bulbs.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Bulb is burned out.
2. Power is off.
3. Faulty wire connection.
4. Faulty switch.

3. Check wiring.
