Problem
Water flows onto the
floor

Replace the products so that they
can not touch the back plate di-
rectly
Put the melting water outlet to the
evaporative tray

Allow food to cool to room tem-
perature before storing
Insert smaller quantities of food to
be cooled at any one time
Provide inside cool air circulation
