NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, following generic terms
"appliance / unit / product / equipment / device" appeared
in this instruction manual all refer to the product "200 SGR".

These operation instructions are common to all 200 SGR
units concerning their accessories and operation.
A - IMPORTANT: ALWAYS BE CAREFUL
WHEN USING GAS !
• This operation manual will help you use your
Campingaz® unit properly and in complete safety.
• Consult the manual to familiarise yourself with the
appliance prior to assembling the gas cylinder.
• Abide by the instructions given in this manual.
Failure to do so may be dangerous for the user and
anyone else close by.
• Always keep this manual in a safe place, readily
available for reference if necessary.
• This unit is manufactured to use either butane or
propane, with a suitable regulator and a hose or
flexible hose, which are sold separately.
• This device must be used outside only and away
from flammable materials.
• Do not use appliance which leaks, is damaged or
functions incorrectly. Instead, return it to your
retailer who will inform you of your nearest after-
sales service.
• Never modify this appliance or use it for purposes for
which it is not intended.
• Parts which are protected by the manufacturer
or the manufacturer's representative must not be
manipulated by the user.
• All appliances running on gas consume oxygen and
emit other potentially dangerous substances and
gases such as carbon monoxide (CO).
• Carbon monoxide is an odorless, clear gas that
can cause flu-like symptoms, sickness, illness, and
possibly death if emitted in aforesaid enclosed
areas through use of the appliance without proper
ventilation.
B - ASSEMBLY OF THE APPLIANCE
Remove the appliance from its packaging (Fig. 2).
Unlock latch by following step sequence A, B, C, then open
the lid (Fig. 1). Remove components within & at the bottom
of the appliance.

(3) Grease tray
1. Flip the appliance upside down. Screw legs into the
sockets at the bottom of the appliance (Fig. 3).
2. Stand the appliance in upright position on level ground
(Fig. 4). In case that the appliance is placed on unlevel
ground, adjust the length leg "4-i" by rotating the end
cap of the leg.
3. Flip the walls outward (Fig. 4) and hook the locking tabs
onto slits on lid (Fig. 5).
4. Place the burner on top of the walls (Fig. 6). Make sure
that the left & right edges of the burner are inserted in-
between the wall and the supporting tabs.
5. Assemble the spit & forks (Fig. 7). Screw spit handle
onto the threaded end of spit (A). Insert the forks
into the spit (B), adjust location of the forks (C)
then secure the forks' locations by driving wing
screws into the holes on forks (D).
NOTE: You may change direction of forks (both facing
outwards / one outward & one inward etc.).
6. Place the assembled spit into chamber (Fig. 8). Insert
pointed end of spit into one of the hanging holes on the
left wall (A), making sure that the spit is inserted into
the spit hole on motor which is mounted on wall in step
5. Then swing-in the handle of the spit and rest it on
one of the notches on the right wall (B), which should
be at the same height of the hanging hole that the spit
is inserted into.
7. Insert grease tray into chamber (Fig. 9). Make
sure that the grease tray rests on one of the
pairs of supporting rails on side walls.
NOTE: Do not use the appliance without the grease
tray installed. Do not place the grease tray at a position
that may interferes the operation of the spit. Place
the grease tray close to food so as to keep the heat
reflection performance.
8. When using grate for grilling purposes, assemble the
grate with grease tray (Fig. 11). The grease tray will
serve as a reflection board to keep heating efficiency. To
assemble (Fig. 11), insert tabs on grease tray into holes
on the edge of the grate (A), push grate against the tabs
on grease tray (B) and clip the other end of the grate
into clocking clamps on grease tray (C). Flip handles
outward (D), and snap handles into clocking clamps.
9. Insert the assembled grate into chamber (Fig. 12). Do
not place the assembly at a position that may interferes
the operation of the spit; or ideally, do not use both
grate & spit for grilling purposes in the chamber.
C - PREPARATION FOR USE
C-1 GAS CYLINDER AND REGULATOR
When connecting or changing a cylinder, always operate in
an open, well-ventilated place, and never in the presence
of a flame, spark or any other source of heat.
This unit can be used with a CAMPINGAZ® butane cylinder
type 904 or 907 and the CAMPINGAZ® 28-30 mbar or 50
mbar regulator.
It can also be used with other, larger, butane or propane
cylinders (5~15 kg) and the appropriate relief valves
(consult your dealer):
