Switching between connected HDMI devices
The Connect 310 UHD 2.0™ allows you to choose which HDMI source is
displayed on the TV. If you turn on one of the HDMI sources, it will
automatically switch to the correct input. If multiple HDMI sources are
turned on, the Connect 310 UHD 2.0™ will automatically switch to the
HDMI source that was activated last. If you want to select another HDMI
source, please use the remote control or the "Select" button on the front.
Note: Automatic switching must be supported by the HDMI source. If it is
not supported, you should manually select the appropriate HDMI source.

Frequently asked questions

No (or poor) image and sound
If you experience poor or no picture after connecting the HDMI switcher,
please try to identify the problem by connecting the devices to your screen
(TV, monitor or projector) one by one. This allows you to determine
whether the problem is with the HDMI sources, the HDMI cables, the HDMI
switcher or the screen.
For the best picture and sound quality, only use High Speed HDMI®
certified cables.
Do not use cables longer than 15 meters, but preferably shorter
cables. These reduce the risk of problems.
Check the HDMI cables and/or connectors for damage.
Both the HDMI source and your screen should fully support HDMI.
Check that your HDMI sources and screen support HDCP 2.2 (High
Bandwidth Digital Content Protection) copy protection.
