Low Fat Non-Dairy Strawberry Freeze
Ingredients:
2 cups non-dairy creamer

tsp. plain gelatin

4 oz. egg substitute

cups pureed strawberries

cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla
Method:
1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over 1
cups of non-dairy creamer. Warm the mixture (do
not allow to boil) to dissolve the gelatin, stirring if
necessary.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well in a blender
or food processor.
3. Chill thoroughly.
4. Follow standard instructions on pg. 3.
Piña Colada Sherbet
Ingredients:

cup milk

1 cup crushed pineapple
2 tbs. non-fat dry milk
2 tbs. dark rum
1 cup coconut milk
dash salt
1 can (10 oz.) piña colada mix, partially
defrosted

Method:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine ingredients
until milk is dissolved.
2. Cover and chill thoroughly.
