Possible cause
There are too many residues in
the middle ring; or The pushing
rod is pushed violently.
The cutter holder is wound or
seized by food materials.
Elimination
Clean the middle ring; or
Gently push the pushing rod.
Disconnect the power supply,
take out the food materials and
cut them into smaller blocks.
