1.- INTRODUCTION
IMPORTANT! All local regulations, including those
that refer to national or European regulations, must
be applied when installing this device.
The way the cooker is installed will decisively affect
safety issues and its correct operation.
It is important to install the fireplace correctly. For the
correct installation of the cooker and chimney, we rec-
ommend the installation be performed by a profes-
sional.
For more installation information, please refer to
the "Manual for the Professional Installer".

Upper smoke outlet models (boilers):
ECLECSYS II 100 CC SE

All models have enamelled cast iron on vitrified porce-
lain on the front and doors (oven, fireplace and ash) of
the cooker.
The fittings are in polished cast brass or in a chrome
finish depending on the model. The control knobs are
made of chrome with black porcelain decoration on
the Saja and Deva models and these are made of stain-
less steal in the Eclecsys and Pas models.
The internal framework is built of galvanised steel.
The boiler in the heater/cooker versions is made of
laminated S235 steel. It has a capacity for 20 litres and
two 1" G connection sockets. All boilers have been
tested for leak tightness with a 3-bar test pressure be-
fore being supplied. Read the "Professional Installer's
Manual for Heating Appliances" supplied with this
manual for more information on how to install your
appliance.
Oven:
All versions have a stainless steel oven that includes:
roast tray and steel bars grill.
An anti-roll support for the oven tray that allows it to
be slid along almost all of its length without the risk of
spilling the food being cooked. These supports can be
easily disassembled (slide them upwards, free them
from the lower orifice, and then slide them out to free
them from the upper orifice), which makes them easy
to clean once outside the oven.
All models include a thermometer on the oven door to
control the temperature at which food is prepared.
Besides, the oven door of all models of cookers, except
L07 model, has a ceramic glass.
