FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR EH0052BK/SI EXHAUST HANGER
KTM 690 DUKE 1111 2012- & 690 DUKE R 2013-
Please note that the way the kit is packed does not necessarily represent the way of mounting to the bike
Please note that in cases where kits are packed with rubber washers holding the components onto the bolt – the rubber
washers should be thrown away!

Remove OEM rear foot pegs/exhaust hanger.

Place the shorter M8 counter-sunk bolt from the kit through the front top hole in the R&G hanger
(arrowed B above).

Place the longer M8 counter-sunk bolt from the kit through the rear top hole in the R&G hanger
(arrowed A above).

Offer up to bike as shown above and engage threads (do not tighten yet).

If fitting to the standard 690 Duke, place the spacer from the kit onto the original exhaust
mounting spigot, then position the lower hole of the exhaust hanger over the exposed end of the
original exhaust mounting spigot as shown in picture B and re-use the original lower mounting
bolt and washer to secure as original.
