• Per una chiara ed efficiente gestione delle fasi di votazione è prevista
una differente schermata che riporta la lista dei partecipanti, le liste
di espressione del voto – Favorevoli/Contrari/Astenuti (nel caso di
votazione Palese), la lista dei votanti (nel caso di votazione Segreta), il
riassunto numerico ed il box per la chiusura automatica della sessione
di voto con timer; queste informazioni sono aggiornate in tempo reale
durante la sessione di voto aperto. Sono inoltre disponibili i pulsanti per
cambiare la modalità di conferenza, per aprire e chiudere le sessioni di
voto, per modificare la modalità di voto (Palese/Segreta), per attivare
la chiusura automatica ed impostarne il tempo relativo, per editare
il quorum e la formula di maggioranza che definiscono l'esito della
votazione.
• Editing della formula per la determinazione dell'esito del voto.
• Abilitazione della chiusura automatica a tempo della sessione di voto,
con intervallo impostabile tra 1 e 200 secondi.
• Visualizzazione su schermo dell'esito del voto.
• Possibilità di stampa del report di voto riportante, oltre alle intestazioni,
oggetto di voto, data ed ora del voto, esito del voto (quorum,
maggioranza, numero dei Votanti, dei Favorevoli, dei Contrari e degli
Astenuti ed esito del voto – Approvato/Non Approvato/Non Valido Per
Mancanza Del Quorum), anagrafica dei votanti (Si, No ed Astenuti in
caso di votazione Palese, Votanti in caso di votazione Segreta).
• Numerose funzioni aggiuntive comodamente richiamabili tramite barra
dei menù:
- editing degli oggetti di discussione e degli oggetti di votazione
- creazione di nuova lista partecipanti, salvataggio della lista compilata,
richiamo di una lista precedentemente salvata, stampa della lista dei
partecipanti con ordinamento alfabetico per cognome o per gruppo.
- possibilità di salvare i parametri correnti della conferenza.
- registratore degli eventi: quando attivato, il registratore salva in un
database gli eventi della conferenza con data, ora, minuti e secondi
(attivazione/disattivazione delle postazioni, immissione di un oggetto di
discussione, apertura di una votazione, chiusura di una votazione - con
relativi oggetto ed esiti di voto).
- compilazione delle voci del report di voto (Titolo, Sottotitolo, Cognome
e Nome del Presidente).
- abilitazione alla stampa del report di voto.
- selezione della lingua.
• Menu di servizio per:
- inizializzazione del sistema.
- indirizzamento di una singola unità.
- visualizzazione delle postazioni e delle unità di controllo riconosciute
dal sistema con relativo stato di funzionamento.
• Barre di stato con indicazione di:
- stato d'intervento dei Presidenti.
- funzionamento connessione seriale della centrale
- stato dei guasti
• Connessione del PC alla centrale tramite l'apposita interfaccia CSIF2100
od in modo diretto tramite linea seriale standard RS232.

AVVERTENZE

2.1 Alimentazione e messa a terra

Le centrali CS2080 e CS2100 sono predisposte per il funzionamento
con tensione di rete a 230 V ± 10% 50/60 Hz e protette da fusibili:
consultare la sezione 6 'Note di servizio' per la loro eventuale sostituzione.
Gli apparecchi sono corredati di cavo di alimentazione con filo di terra ed
il relativo terminale sulla spina di rete non deve essere rimosso in alcun
caso. Assicurarsi che la presa di corrente sia dotata di collegamento di
terra a norma di legge.

2.2 Note di sicurezza

Ogni intervento all'interno degli apparecchi, quale la selezione di alcuni
modi d'uso, l'applicazione di accessori o la sostituzione di fusibili,
deve essere effettuato solo da personale specializzato: la rimozione
del coperchio rende accessibili parti con rischio di scosse elettriche.
Prima di rimuovere il coperchio accertarsi sempre che il cavo di rete
sia staccato.
Nel caso di accidentale caduta di liquidi sugli apparecchi, staccare
immediatamente la spina di rete ed interpellare il centro di assistenza
PASO più vicino. Evitare di racchiudere gli apparecchi in mobili privi di
aerazione o di ostruirne le fessure di ventilazione.

• For clear and efficient management of the voting phases, there is a
different screen page showing a list of the participants, the lists of
votes cast – For/Against/Abstentions (in case of Open voting), the
list of voters (in the case of Secret Votes), the numerical summary
and a box for closing automatically the voting session with timer. This
information is up-dated in real time during open voting sessions. There
are also buttons for changing the conference mode, for opening and
closing the voting sessions, for changing the voting mode (Open/
Secret), for activating automatic closing and setting the associated
timeout and for editing the quorum and the formula for calculating
the majority defining the outcome of the vote.
• Editing of the formula for determining the outcome of the vote.
• Enabling of automatic time-dependent closing of the voting session
with a timeout that can be set at between 1 and 200 seconds.
• Display showing the outcome of the vote on screen.
• Possibility of printing voting reports indicating, in addition to the
headings, the motion being voted on, the date and time of the
voting session, the outcome of the vote (quorum, majority, number
of Voters, For, Against and Abstentions and the actual outcome:
Approved/Rejected/Not Valid due to lack of Quorum), details of voters
(For, Against and Abstentions in case of open voting, Voters in case
of Secret Ballot).
• Many additional functions that can be called up easily from the menu
bar:
- editing of the items for discussion and motions to be voted.
- creation of a new list of participants, saving of the completed list, recall
of a previously saved list, printing of the list of participants sorted in
alphabetical order by last name or by group.
- event recorder: when the recorder is activated, it saves the conference
events in a data base indicating the date, time, minutes and seconds
(activation/de-activation of the stations, entry of a topic for discussion,
opening of a voting session, closing of a voting session – with the
associated motion and outcome of the voting).
- drafting of the parts of the voting report (Header, Title, Last and First
Name of the Chairman).
- enabling of printing of the voting report.
- selection of the language.
• Service menu for:
- sisystem initialisation.
- addressing of a single unit.
- the stations and control units recognised by the system are displayed
with their operating statuses.
• Status bar indicating:
- Chairperson status
- operation of the serial connection to the central unit
- failure status.
• Connection of a PC to the central unit by means of the specific CSIF2100
interface or directly by means of a standard RS232 serial line.
• Hardware protection key on the serial line for connecting the central
control unit.
2.

PRECAUTIONS

2.1 Power supply and connection to earth

The CS2080 and CS2100 central units are intended to run on a mains
voltage of 230 V ± 10% 50/60 Hz protected by fuses. Consult Section 6
'Service Notes' if it is necessary to replace the fuses. The equipment is
supplied with a power cable with an earth wire and its terminal on the plug
should not be removed under any circumstances. Make sure that the power
outlet is connected to earth in accordance with the law.

2.2 Safety notes

Only specialised personnel should carry out any activities inside
the equipment, such as selection of some operating modes, the
application of accessories or the replacement of fuses. Opening the
cover makes parts that could cause an electric shock accessible. Before
removing the cover, always make sure that the power cable has been
disconnected.
If any liquid is accidentally spilt onto the equipment, unplug it immediately
from the power outlet and contact your nearest PASO Service Centre. Do
not install the equipment inside closed cabinets without ventilation and do
not obstruct the ventilation louvers.
