3. DETECTION OF MALFUNCTION
The table below shows the possible malfunctions, what brought them about and the solutions to follow:
MALFUNCTION
1. Smoke mislead or
insufficient air intake.
2. Glass (too dirty)
3. Whitening of the glass
or damage the color of the
plate
4. Little heating
5. Smoke going out
through front door.
6. Cracks in some parts of
vermiculite inside
CAUSE
Inadequate pipe.
Insufficient air for combustion
Inadequate pipe.
Inadequate fuel.
Upper deflected panel misadjusted
Excess temperature caused
excessive fire in the
chamber
Inadequate fuel.
Inadequate air inlet to smokestack
First lit.
Flammable or combustible elements
inside the fireplace or around.

Beat in one of the pieces performed,
especially at the time of recharge
SOLUTION
Check pipe:
-connection
-diameter
-leaks
-insufficient length
-outlet
-blockage
Check the flue draught entry
Other ventilation or heating device work
simultaneously

Use authorized fuel
Adjust according directions
