Content: 1 Trailer socket housing 7-pin,
1 Contact insert for trailer socket housing 7-pin,
1 Wire set 10-core,
1 Trailer indicator observation module (JAEGERTRONIC module),
1 Rubber seal for trailer socket,
3 Screws M5 x 35,
1 Screw M5 x 12,
4 Nuts M5, self locking,
1 Toothed washer,
1 Sheet metal screw 4.8 x 16,
1 Wire branch connector red,
2 Cable straps 300 mm long,
8 Cable straps 140 mm long.
These mounting instructions must be handed out to the vehicle's
Works to be done, general information:
1. Disconnect the ground cable from the vehicle's battery.
2. Make a hole for the grommet of the wiring kit.
3. Install the 10-core wiring kit and the trailer socket.
4. Check all functions.
1. Disconnect ground cable from battery
To avoid shorts and damages during installation and due to safety reasons the ground cable of the
vehicle's battery has to be disconnected before starting any works (fire danger)!
