OM 3423
INSTRUCTION
This box is a forged steel extraction box which separate bearing and support a 10 tonnes weight. This product is
effective to remove many bearing, pulley, wheels or any others parts that are extremely tightened and related to
the machinery and industry field or any other related field.
• Wear gloves, protection glasses and a mask during the process.
• Make sure that the part is well tightened and fit properly.
• Correctly assemble the extractor (see scheme below): the handle has to be put with a 80mm dip distance
between the T of the handle and the base.
• Put up the extractor claws behind the part, and then screw the jack with the centering device on the piston end,
until it is located at the end arm. If necessary, use an extension lead.
• Manually turn the handle T clockwise.
• Do not screw the handle T with a dip inferior to 25mm. If the part needs a dip superior to 80mm, tighten the
centering device against the arm and carry on.
IMPORTANT: The maximum acceptable load for the extractor can be reached only by manually tightening. The
use of additional tools or gear lever to increase the load will damage the device and can cause accidents. Such
use will also revoke the product guarantee. If the part does not move even with the maximum strength, do not hit
nor shake the extractor to unlock it. Serious accidents or injuries could occur. Use an extractor with a higher
capacity.
MAINTENANCE
Keep all the parts clean and lightly oiled, keep all the thread clean and often lubricate the jack.
The jack's piston is normally able to stretch around ½ inches (15mm), in case the piston stretching length is not
enough or if the piston cannot stretch, it means that the hydraulic oil inside the jack is not enough. We will then do
the maintenance according to following steps. If there are some hydraulic oil leaks, you also need to dismantle the
jack and check it.
Remove the broken parts and replace it by new ones (the company supplies all kind of parts).
