CONNECTING THE GAS UNIT
Fire and explosion hazard
• This gas module may only be operated with a suitable pressure regulator.
The enclosed regulator is set correctly at the factory for liquid gas operation.
• If necessary, the gas hose must be exchanged if required by the relevant
national regulations.
• Make sure that there is no ignition source, open fire or similar in the vicinity
when you connect or replace the gas bottle.
• Get advice on whether to buy or rent the gas bottle from a specialist retailer.
• The appliance must only be connected as described in this manual. Make
sure that the gas hose is not kinked or chafed.
• Perform the leak test procedure described in this manual, found under
CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER, before using the gas module. Do the
leak test every time you replace the gas bottle.

care must be taken that there
are no combustible materials or
children or pets in the vicinity.
• Improper assembly of the gas
module may be dangerous. Follow
the assembly instructions exactly.
• This appliance is not intended for

• The appliance may not be opera-
ted with natural gas.
• Never smoke when handling the
gas plant. Do not place the gas
bottle near an open fire.
• Make sure that the pizza oven is
protected from the wind when it
is operated with the gas module.
• Keep the appliance away from
moisture, splashing water etc. as
well as electrical cables.
• Keep the appliance at a minimum
distance of 1.5 metres from all
