FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Fit one nut, plain washer and shake proof washer on spindle-bar (SB009) as shown above (the
end with shorter thread), engage the nut so the plastic insert of nut is fully engaged.

Feed spindle-bar with nut and washer through either fork protector (B0372) and through the
smaller metal spacer (S0680), as shown in the above picture.

Place this assembly through the front wheel spindle from the left hand side, ensuring the metal
spacer fits into the spindle.

Place the remaining larger metal spacer (S0681) and fork protector over the exposed end of
the spindle bar on the right hand side of the bike. The metal spacer should fit inside the wheel
spindle.
 Fit the shake proof washer, plain washer and nut from the kit onto thread (as shown above)
and tighten until both nuts are engaged in nylon and equal amounts protrude from either side.
Do not overtighten – the nyloc nuts will hold it tight.

Fit both fork protector caps.
