4.1 Compulsory fields
The compulsory fields can be set in this sub menu window. These are fields
which must contain data otherwise the program will not continue.

4.3 Setup Maintenance
This menu allows you to insert the number of days which has to pass after the
date of the last archive update on the PC before the installation becomes one
which requires maintenance. Selecting "Notify automatically" will force the
program to list installations that require maintenance each time the program is
started up (see paragraph 2.5).
4.4 Maintenance personnel list
The maintenance personnel list allows you to create a file of codes referring to the individual installers .

4.2 Serial settings

This function allows you to select the serial port for communication
