If a 300 code type memory (24LC16) is inserted into the socket, another two buttons will appear on the top
right.
"Show Compressed" will allow you to display a single transmitter identification number for each

line as in the 24LC16 type memory each channel function occupies a memory location.

The "Convert in 24LC64" button converts the data from the 24LC16 form to the 24LC64 form, thus

passing from a "300-code" type memory to a "1000-code" type memory (if you have to replace a
24LC64
standard outdoor receiver with a 1000-code outdoor display receiver).
The window on the right will open, if a virtual code program-
ming hardware key is connected to the palm, when you
call up the "Add Codes" function. Other than the normal
fields for inserting transmitter codes there are several fields
for inserting the hardware programming key information
(label, code intervals and available codes) and another for
inserting the number of virtual codes to memorise.
Attention! When you insert virtual codes you must choose
at least one channel, remembering that this choice will
limit the future use of the transmitters.
If you insert virtual codes enabled for channels A and B
transmitters programmed in the future will only be able
to activate the receiver using the buttons A and B.
3.2 Test virtual code hardware key
The option "Test virtual code hardware key"
shows information regarding the programming
key: identifying label, code interval and available
codes. Double clicking the label will allow you to
assign a personalised name to the virtual code
hardware key.
3.3 Show differences between the PGM and the PC
If an archive already exists in the PC regard-
ing memory inserted in the palm; when
you read the memory a check is made
and the software confronts the data in the
PC with the data in EEPROM (PGM449).
If there are differences they will be shown
on the video.
At this point there are three possibilities
which can be selected in the lower left-
hand input field:
• Choose user: Only locations marked in the column "Update database" will be updated on the PC.
• Update all: All locations contained in the Palm memory will be updated in the PC.
• Ignore all: No locations in the database will be updated.
• New installation: a new installation will be created containing the data in the memory module currently inserted
in the Palm
Once you have chosen the desired option press "OK"
ATTENTION: the strip settings are automatically updated in the PC archive each time you connect.
