2.4.1 Setup STRIP
"Setup STRIP" open the channel strip set up window.
The strips can impulsive, ON/OFF or timer controlled.
To change the mode of a channel strip select the desired
option; if you choose the "timer controlled mode" insert a
number of seconds from 1 to 255.
It is also possible to insert a channel description into the
"comment" field (e.g. exit in nr. 10 green road).
Press "OK" to confirm or "CANCEL" to leave the channel
strips as they were when you opened the window.
2.4.2 Import codes
The import codes function allows you to import codes from another installation: select the installation using its ID or its
name, select the codes from the grid (light blue colour) and then click the "IMPORT SELECTION" button. If you wish to
import all the codes click "IMPORT ALL" without making a selection.

ATTENTION: if you click on the grid without pressing "SHIFT" you will cancel any previous selection (this is also true
when selecting the starting code).
Before starting an import code operation you are advised to check the number of available free memory locations in the
installation; if the number of codes to be imported is greater than the number of free locations, the codes will be imported
in order from the installation but only up to the amount of free locations.
ATTENTION: Importing is only possible when the two memory modules are the same type.
2.5 Maintenance list
To update copies of the EEPROM installation memory or to program periodic maintenance for specific installations you
can call up an installation list which has been filtered according to a specific time period.
The following list shows installations which require maintenance. The "Maintenance required" indication is activated
according to the number of days set in the menu "Tools/Maintenance" (see paragraph 4.3).
As you can see the colour of the
background is different to that used for
the database and EEPROM memory
updating.
The "PRINT" button allows you to print
the displayed list.
