1.The brushes are designed for mounting on the support rail.
Orientate the carriers as shown on the assembly drawing so that the brushes and fittings are between the
screen locking brackets. Fit screws and nuts so that the screw heads are towards the cover plates.
2. Fit plastic bushes in the bearing housings. The bearing housing at the motor end can then be mounted on
the DPC.

Split pin to lock spindle.

screws,4 washers and
2 locknuts.
Brush carrier.
All fixings on the
support rail must be on
the side away from the
screen edge.
