Ergon worldwide limited warranty
Ergon warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from
defects in material and workmanship for (2) two years from the date of original
retail purchase.
There is no claim to liability of material defects in the following instances:
- Regular wear or tear due to the use of the product
- Improper installation
- Use of incompatible products
- Modification of products
- Improper use or misuse
- Careless handling
- Leasing, commercial use
- Damages due to accident
- Damages in transit
