Pause Function

WARNING
Food Poisoning Hazard
Do not let food sit for more than one hour before or
after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.
The Pause function allows you to temporarily hold the cooking
processes currently under way to keep food from burning or
liquids boiling over. When the Pause function is used, all active
cooking areas are reduced to the same keep-warm temperature
as that of the Melt + Hold function.
