STEP 4:
Place the Y-Plate [G] onto the Shank [A] and
align the square holes.
Secure the Y-Plate [G] to the Shank [A] using
four (4) Carriage Bolts [H], four (4) Washers [J]
and four (4) Nylock Nuts [K] as shown. [Fg. 5]
STEP 5:
Slide the Foam Bumpers
located on each Wing [L]
to the center of the Wing
to reveal the holes at
each end.
Install one Wing [L] onto
each side of the Y-Plate
uprights. Secure with
Wire Lock Pin [P]. [Fg. 6
& 7]
IMPORTANT: The Wire
Lock Pin [P] MUST
always be inserted
through the hole in the
Y-Plate [G] from inside

STEP 6:
Slide the round end of one (1) Rubber Strap [N] onto each Wheel
Cradle [M]. [Fg. 8]
NOTE: Be sure to slide the Rubber Straps [N] all the way onto the
cradles so that it tightly rests over the plastic coating of the Wheel
Cradle [M].
NOTE: Rubber Straps [N], must rests over the plastic coating of the
Wheel Cradle [M].
