Probable Causes
No voltage.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Ground-fault tripped in the thermostat.
Thermostat not turned on.
Mat not connected to QuickStat thermostat.
Floor temperature sensor not connected.
Faulty sensor.
Clock not set correctly.
QuickStat thermostat setting not set
correctly.

Corrective Action

Check circuit breaker.
Ensure that there are not too many mats or other appliances
connected on the same circuit. The QuickNet mat may require a
dedicated circuit. See the Product Selection table in Section 4 of this
manual.
