Installation Instructions
Instructions for Installing Luminaire with Remote
NEMA Twist Lock Receptacle Adaptor
1. Install luminaire as recommended on mounting installation
instruction provided with luminaire.
2. Install on luminaire ½'' Liquid Tight connector with sealing
washer, lock nut and power cord (by others). Torque as
supplier recommendation.
3. Connect service leads to the terminal block. Tighten set
screws between 20 and 25 lbs.in
4. Secure adaptor for NEMA Twist Lock Receptacle to surface
with (4) 1/4'' bolts or studs (by others) (Detail 1). Receptacle
angle must be restricted to -45° to +45° from vertical aim
(Detail 2)
5. Unscrew screws (4) on receptacle cover & install ½'' liquid
tight rigid or flexible conduit with sealing washer, lock nut
(by others) on receptacle adaptor & luminaire (Detail 3).
6. Connect 6 wires to NEMA Twist Lock Receptacle & luminaire
RCM7 connector & re-install Receptacle cover (Detail 4).
