HR0123 5. BLOWER REMOVAL (HORIZONTAL DISCHARGE ONLY) The EW54 Series range hoods are factory shipped with the blower mounted for a vertical discharge configuration. For a horizontal discharge configuration, disassemble the blower from the inner top of the hood (see procedure below).

Consult a qualified electrician if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if there is any doubt as to whether the appliance is properly grounded. Do not use an extension cord.
