Le réseau LINKiX® ou l'unité PAViX IHM permettent la création
et la gestion des programmes de pose aiguilles nécessaires à
l'utilisation des potences PAViX. Au travers de LINKiX® ou de
l'IHM, l'utilisateur crée les programmes de pose aiguilles et
en ajuste les paramètres de force, de hauteur, de numéro de
tasseau et de type d'aiguille posée. Un seul IHM est nécessaire
pour l'administration d'un nombre illimité de PAViX. Le réseau
LINKiX® permet, quant à lui, l'administration centralisée et
complète de tout un atelier de production et de plusieurs
types de machines.
Même si PAViX HF 4.0 fonctionne actuellement également avec
l'IHM, les développements futurs privilégierons l'utilisation
généralisée de LINKiX®.

Das
LINKiX®-Netzwerk
ermöglichen die Erstellung und Verwaltung der für den Einsatz
der PAViX erforderlichen Zeigersetzenprogramme. Über
das HMI erstellt der Anwender die Zeigersetzenprogramme
und stellt die Parameter Kraft, Höhe, Tragsteinnummer und
Art der eingesetzten Zeiger ein. Für die Verwaltung einer
unbegrenzten Anzahl von PAViX wird nur ein HMI benötigt.
Das LINKiX® -Netzwerk ermöglicht die komplette, zentrale
Verwaltung einer ganzen Produktionshalle und mehrerer
Maschinentypen.
Obwohl PAViX HF 4.0 derzeit auch mit dem HMI arbeitet,
werden sich zukünftige Entwicklungen auf die Verwendung
von LINKiX® konzentrieren.
The LINKiX® network or the PAViX IHM unit allow the creation
and management of the hand setting programs required to
use the PAViX. Through the HMI, the user creates the hand
setting programs and adjusts the parameters of force, height,
stake number and type of hand placed. Only one HMI is
required for the administration of an unlimited number
of PAViX. The LINKiX® network allows the centralized and
complete administration of an entire production workshop
and several types of machines.
Although PAViX HF 4.0 currently also works with the HMI,
future developments will focus on the use of LINKiX®.
