BEFORE THE FIRST USE
1 • UNPACKING
Unpack your device, keep your guarantee slip and carefully read the operating instructions before the
first use of your appliance.
USE
1 • ASSEMBLY OF THE APPLIANCE'S COMPONENTS
Rollers:
Release the holding tabs (fig. 1) and take out the motor unit (fig. 2). Remove all the attachments and
turn over the tub. Clip the rollers directly on the Rollers support cradle. For the humid cleaning, remove
the paper bag (fig. 3).
Bag*:
Use a paper bag to suck up dust and dry matter. Slightly fold the paperboard edges, then slide and fully in-
sert the bag in the bag holder (fig. 3). Insert the adaptor for the suction opening (point H from the descrip-
tion section), push and turn clockwise until locking (fig. 4). To remove the nozzle, turn counterclockwise.
IMPORTANT Never use the appliance without foam material: motor protection filter (fig. 15).
Before replacing the motor unit, firmly attach the bag to the walls of the tub.
Ensure that you replace the motor unit correctly (the head of the tub), in alignment with the air intake
situated on the tub (fig. 2).
Lock the holding tabs (point 10 of the description section).
Hose*:
Insert the end piece of the hose in the adaptor for the suction opening (point H of the description section).
Extension tubes*:
The appliance can be used with 1, 2 or without tubes *(point J of the description section). Assemble the
tubes* and attach them to the hose. All the attachments (all floors nozzle*, corners nozzle*, home furni-
shings nozzle*, flat nozzle*) can be attached either to the tubes* or directly to the hose (fig. 8)*.
All floors nozzle*:
This attachment is articulated to allow a permanent contact with the surfaces to be vacuumed and to
ease the use under the furniture. Position of the brush out for smooth surfaces (point B of the descrip-
tion section). Position of the brush in for carpet and fitted carpets.
Home furnishings nozzle*:
To vacuum the sofas, the bed heads of padded beds, the mattresses, ... (point D of the description section).
Corners and radiator nozzle*:
To vacuum in the corners (skirting boards, radiators, ...) and all places difficult to reach (points C and G
of the description section).
* Depending on the model: equipment specific to certain models or attachments available as option.
