ATTENTION
Appliance damage
The gap between the glass ceramic plate and the inner walls of the
appliance is sealed with silicone. Damaged silicone seals can lead
to excessive soiling and damage to the appliance.

Be careful when using scrapers on the glass ceramic plate.
►
Do not damage the continuous silicone seal.
ATTENTION
Stainless steel: unsuitable cleaning agents
The stainless steel surfaces of the device may be damaged by
incorrect handling and rust may form. Therefore, take the following
precautions when using the device:

Never use the following for cleaning: chlorinated detergents,
scouring powder or other dry cleaners, cleaning wool, steel
wool pads or sharp-edged objects.

Read the special care instructions for stainless steel and follow
the instructions contained in them. You can download the care
instructions at www.hupfer.com/downloads.
NOTE
Suitable cleaning agents
The manufacturer cannot assess the suitability of specific detergents
or disinfectants.

Check the notes on the detergents or disinfectants to find out
whether they are suitable for the materials in the product.
►
If in doubt, ask the manufacturer of the cleaning agent if it is
suitable for the materials of the transport trolley.

Manual cleaning

►
Remove encrusted dirt on the glass ceramic plate with a glass
ceramic scraper.
►
Clean the surfaces with a damp cloth and degreasing liquid
cleaner.
►
Remove all residues of cleaning agents by wiping with a damp
cloth.
►
Dry the surfaces with a clean cloth.
