6.3 Loading heated wells
ATTENTION
Appliance damage
Do not place objects on the access door of the appliance. If the load
is too heavy, the appliance may be damaged.
NOTE
Cover the containers
Cover the food containers in the wells with suitable lids to reduce the
temperature loss of the food.
NOTE
Switching on the heated lamp gantry
Food loses heat via the surface. Switch on the heated lamp gantry
above the heated well to reduce the temperature loss of the food.

Open the access door.
►
Slide the food container in.
►
Close the access door.
6.4 Adjusting the energy supply
ThermaDry heated wells keep GN containers hot using infrared
heaters. You can select the intensity of the infrared radiation using the
mode switch. The levels depend on the depth of the containers used.
Level 1 is suitable for deep GN containers (> 100 mm).

Level 0 is a neutral level. The heating is switched off.

Level 2 is suitable for shallow GN containers (> 65 mm).

