Switching on the heated well
NOTE
No preheating required
Because infrared lamps are used, ThermaDry heated wells do not
require preheating. The device is ready for operation as soon as it is
switched on.
NOTE
Selecting the heating levels
Heated wells have a mode switch. The intensity of heating can be
selected using the mode switch.
►
Level 1 is suitable for deep GN containers (> 100 mm).
►
Level 0 is a neutral level. The heating is switched off.
►
Level 2 is suitable for shallow GN containers (> 65 mm).
►
Place a full GN container in the heated well.
►
Close the access door of the heated well.
►
Switch on the required heated well with the on/off switch.
►
Select the heating level with the mode switch.
Level 1 is suitable for deep GN containers (> 100 mm).
Level 0 is a neutral level. The heating is switched off.
Level 2 is suitable for shallow GN containers (> 65 mm).
The ready indicator in the switch lights up.
The heated well does not need any time to heat up; it is immediately
ready for operation.
6.2.1 Switching on the heated lamp gantry
If the heated well is equipped with a heated lamp gantry, this is
electrically wired to the heated well.
If the on/off switch of a heated well is switched on, the infrared lamp
above it is automatically switched on too. The heated lamp gantry is
switched on independently of the mode switch. If the mode switch is on
level 0 the heated lamp gantry is on and the heated well is off.
