Deep containers
When deep GN containers are filled with thick food, the heat
spreads more slowly. Regular stirring improves the even distribution
of heat throughout the container.

Stir thick food regularly.

Measures at the end of operation

Switch off the heated wells.
►
Take out all the containers.
►
Clean the appliance.
Special care sets for removing stains and discolouration from glass
ceramic panels are commercially available.

Use care sets for glass ceramic if necessary.
