Operating personnel
Components must be operated only by
instructed personnel familiar with the
workings and use of thes MicroKom®
BluFlex ® 2 precision drilling system and
with its safeguards.
Intended use
The MicroKom BluFlex ® 2 precision adjustment head is designed ex-
clusively for drilling holes, enlarging drilled holes and rounding off. The
MicroKom BluFlex ® 2 precision adjustment head may only be fitted and
operated in the machine tools for which it is intended..
Any use of the MicroKom BluFlex ® 2 precision drilling system for any
other purpose cannot be considered intended use.
Intended use also includes observance of all information and instructions
in these operating instructions.Only trained and instructed personnel are
permitted to work on the product (see Operating personnel).
Improper use
Any use other than the uses listed above is prohibited because improper use
could result in hazards that may cause injury to the persons who are work-
ing with or in the vicinity of the MicroKom BluFlex ® 2 precision drilling
system or may cause damage to the product.
Maintenance
The MicroKom BluFlex ® 2 precision drilling system is maintenance-free.
Exchanging/repairing the MicroKom BluFlex® 2 precision drilling
system
- Components that are not in perfect working condition must be exchanged.
- Use only original replacement and wear parts.
