Operating the refrigerated container
Replacing lead gel batteries
➤ Remove the four screws of the battery compartment (fig. 9, page 8).
➤ Remove the battery compartment lid and put it safely to one side.
➤ Loosen the terminal clamps on both lead gel batteries (fig. 0 A, page 8).
➤ Remove the terminal clamps from the negative terminals of both lead gel batter-
ies at the same time to avoid a short circuit (fig. 0 B, page 8).
➤ Remove the terminal clamps from the positive terminals of both lead gel batteries
at the same time to avoid a short circuit (fig. 0 C, page 8).
➤ Undo the four screws and nuts of the battery mount on each lead gel battery. Two
of the four screws and nuts are located on the opposite side (fig. a A and
fig. a B, page 9).
➤ Loosen and remove the lead gel batteries from the bracket (fig. a C, page 9).
➤ Insert the new lead gel batteries in the bracket (fig. b A, page 9).
➤ Attach the new lead gel batteries with the four screws and four nuts in the battery
mount (fig. b B and fig. b C, page 9).
➤ Remove the terminal caps from the new lead gel batteries (fig. b D, page 9).
➤ Place a terminal clamp for the positive terminal on the respective positive terminal
of the new lead gel batteries (fig. c A, page 10).
➤ Place a terminal clamp for the negative terminal on the respective negative termi-
nal of the new lead gel batteries (fig. c B, page 10).
➤ Tightly fasten the terminal clamps on both lead gel batteries (fig. c C, page 10).
➤ Place the battery compartment lid on the bracket (fig. d, page 10).
Tightly fasten the battery compartment lid using the four screws (fig. d, page 10).
Using the lock for the lid (fig. e, page 11)

➤ Close the sliding doors all the way to the stop.
➤ Insert the knob into the opening until it clicks into place to lock the sliding doors.
➤ Pull the knob upwards to unlock the sliding doors.
