the data LEDs set in the control console remain lit.
Modify the data set in the control console to modify the values displayed on the scoreboard.
If the control console is switched off or unplugged, the scoreboard displays only the time of the day.

ROBLEM SOLVING
This chapter contains information concerning the principal problems that may arise during the product's life. It is
aimed at helping you to quickly resolve such problems.
If you encounter a problem that is not explained here, please contact us, describing the problem in detail, at
support@favero.com.
5.1.
The scoreboard is completely switched off
• Make sure that the socket where the scoreboard is plugged in is powered.
This operation must be carried out by a qualified technician.
5.2.
The scoreboard displays only the time of the day
This happens when the scoreboard does not receive data from the control console.
• Make sure that the control console is switched on.
• If you have chosen the wireless connection between the control console and the scoreboard, make sure that
they are correctly associated as per instructions given in the console User Manual.
• If you have chosen the wired connection between the control console and the scoreboard, make sure that the
data cable is not interrupted or damaged; if necessary, plug the cable connector in the second "Data Serial
Output" socket of the control console.
5.3.
The data displayed on the scoreboard sometimes freeze or the scoreboard displays the time of
the day
• This is usually due to radio interferences in the communication between the scoreboard and the control console.
• Make sure there are no obstacles, particularly metal ones, between the scoreboard and the control console;
change the position of the console, if necessary.
• Follow the indications given in the console User Manual on wireless communication between the console and
the scoreboards.
• Try using a cable connection (see Chap. 3.1.2).
5.4.
The scoreboard horn makes no sound
• Check the scoreboard sound volume settings in the Configuration menu of the control console.
