Using the LCD-monitor
8.2 Switching off the monitor (fig. d, page 8)
➤ Press the main switch "Power" (5), to switch off the monitor.
✓ The picture disappears.
8.3 Switching the monitor to day mode or night mode (fig. d,
page 8)
When in night mode, the monitor darkens the image on the monitor to prevent glaring light
that can distract the driver.
➤ Press the main switch "DAY/NIGHT" (1).
✓ The monitor is switched from day mode to night mode or vice versa.
8.4 Setting the volume (fig. d, page 8)
You can set the volume to amplify or mute the the noises transmitted by the camera.
➤ Press the "–" button (2) to reduce the volume.
➤ Press the "+" button (4) to increase the volume.
8.5 Setting the monitor (fig. d, page 8)
To set the monitor to suit your requirements, proceed as follows:
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) once to set the desired brightness.
➤ Press the "–" button (2) to reduce the brightness.
➤ Press the "+" button (4) to increase the brightness.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) until the red "Exit" function is highlighted.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) to exit.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) twice to set the desired contrast.
➤ Press the "–" button (2) to reduce the contrast.
➤ Press the "+" button (4) to increase the contrast.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) until the red "Exit" function is highlighted.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) to exit.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) three times to set the desired tint.
➤ Press the "–" button (2) to reduce the tint.
➤ Press the "+" button (4) to increase the tint.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) until the red "Exit" function is highlighted.
➤ Press the "MENU" button (3) to exit.
