The HOME TWO will not start.
Check that the connector is inserted correctly. For charging with the type 2 connector, ensure
that it is pushed in until an audible click is heard.
Verify the power supply at the distribution board. Cut the supply and reset the circuit breaker
to restart the HOME TWO.
The HOME TWO START button is red.
Unplug the connector from the vehicle and reinsert it. If the problem persists, verify the pow-
er supply at the distribution board. Cut the supply and reset the circuit breaker to restart the
HOME TWO.
The vehicle doesn't charge.
Check the type 1 or type 2 cable.
Verify the power supply at the distribution board. Cut the supply and reset the circuit breaker
to restart the HOME TWO.
If the problem persists, contact the company that supplied the HOME TWO.
There is a problem with the Bluetooth connection.
Ensure that no other smartphones are connected to the HOME TWO at the same time as
yours. Deactivate the Bluetooth on your smartphone and reactivate it. Close the evpass
mobile application and reopen it. Restart the HOME TWO by disconnecting the power
supply on the distribution board and resetting the circuit breaker.
The connector will not release from your vehicle.
Usually, the connector must first be released from inside your vehicle (see the instruction
manual for your vehicle).
Your 22 kW plug will not release.
With the weight of the 22 kW plug cable, it is possible that the latch on your vehicle will not
release. In this case, firmly hold the plug slightly upwards as you start charging.
