8. The computer is preset to SCAN, meaning that the display will automatically alter-
nate between the statistics DISTANCE, TIME and CALORIES during the workout.
9. However, you can also have just one function shown on the display during your
workout using the MODE button. By pressing the MODE button manually, you can
browse your statistics on the display during or after your workout.
10. Your statistics are saved until you turn off the computer, meaning you can resume
your workout after a short break and your statistics will be calculated from the time
you stopped.
11. Your computer's display will automatically deactivate after approximately 4 to 5 min-
utes.
12. By holding down the MODE button for some time, you can reset the computer to
zero before this time has elapsed.

1. The computer's display will turn on when you press the
MODE button.
2. You can select different functions by briefl y pressing the
MODE button.
3. Using the arrow on the display, you can see what function
you have selected.
4. DISTANCE indicates how far you have travelled (0.01
equals 10 m).
5. TIME indicates the workout time.
6. CALORIES indicates the number of calories you have
burned.
7. SPEED indicates your speed in km/h. This function is con-
stantly shown on the display.

1. You can adjust the resistance during
use with the resistance dial.
2. If you turn the dial towards the plus
sign, the tension strap around the
fl ywheel will become tauter and the
pedalling resistance will increase.
3. If you turn the dial towards the mi-
nus sign, the tension strap will loos-
en and the pedalling resistance will
decrease.
