You can set up the cable height in two positions, depending on whether or not your smartphone is
protected with a case. We recommend you to set the cable in its higher position if your smartphone
is protected with a case.
If you have issues with phone not charging when docked, please check if the
cable is set to its higher position. If it is set to the lower position, the cable
may not be correctly plugged in your phone.
