• Check up the machine including the circuit system and sandblasting system every month.
• Please clean up the abrasive away from the machine if you will not use the machine for a long period of time.

4.5 Operating

1. Turn on the power to start the motor of separator and turn on the lighting.
2. Open the door of the cabinet and put the workpiece inside then close the door.
3. Both hands stretch into the rubber gloves. One hand takes the sandblast gun and the other hand grasp the workpiece. The
sandblasting gun aims at the workpiece.
4. Step on the foot switch lightly, then compressed air flow through blasting gun. The abrasive is quickly shot on the surface of
the workpieces from the storage box of the separator. Adjust the sandblast pressure by adjusting pressure regulator on the
panel according to process requirements.
5. During working, sandblast distance and angle must be kept properly. Meanwhile, sandblast gun must be moved against
workpiece relatively to achieve the best effect.
6. After process, foot must move away from the pedal switch. Don't open the door of cabinet and take out the workpiece
during sandblasting working.
7. While working, the sandblast gun can not aim at any people at any time!
8. While working, the sandblast gun can not aim at the eyes and other parts of body at any time!
9. If the user wants to continue to process the workpieces, no need to shut off the power.
10. Please turn off the power of the machine when you want to leave away.
IMPORTANT
If you will use very fine abrasive media like mesh #320 or above, then:
1. The thermostat device is needed to add together with E type cyclone separator.
2. Set the temperature of thermostat device at about 30~40 degree normally
