3.3 Power supply needed

Input the plug into the socket with power 220 V~230 V; 50 Hz, the socket power must be earthing.

3.4 Assembly

1. Assembling recovery hose: Push the recovery transparent hose with steel wire into the tie-in of the separator, tighten the
hose clamp
2. Assemble the sand recovery hose: Connect the hose with tie-in of cyclone separator by sand-recycling hose, then lock it up
with hose clamp
3. Connection of dust collector: Connect the inlet of dust collector and the outlet of cyclone separator with hose, then lock up
them with hose clamp.
4. Connection of the air pipe for vibration of pulse valve: Push the Ø 6×4 air pipe (transparent) into the fast tie-in on the rear
of dust collector.
5. Input the power plug on rear of cabinet into the power socket.

4 Operation

4.1 Feeding of abrasive media

Feed about 5~8 kg abrasive media into the storage box under the cyclone separator.
Or turn on the fan motor firstly then feed abrasive media inside the working cabinet gradually (suggestion).

4.2 Regulating the quantity of abrasive (at the bottom of separator)

Adjust the regulating nylon stick according to the sort of abrasive, the clearance of the stick decides the quantity of abrasive to
enter the blasting gun. The normal clearance is about 3~6 mm, the user can adjust it according to requirements.

4.3 Regulation of compressed air

Adjusting the air pressure regulator according to the requirement of work.
Adjusting range: 2-7 bar.

4.4 Dust collector

Collect dust once every 4 hours.
Operation: turn off the power, press the button of dust vibration button on the panel to shake the dust off from the cartridge to
the bottom, then open the cover and dump the dust with a small trolley.
