Chime function/Impulse function
In order for the chime not to be permanently
activated in a shop, for example, the chime is
turned on by a short pulse lasting 1 sec.; this is
followed by a dead time of 9 sec. in which the
gong is not activated.
Hint:
In chime mode the programs ALARM, VACATION/
COMFORT and PARTY are locked.
In order to quit the chime mode the RESET key or any
of the time keys (15sec – 16 min) to be pressed.
Party function and Light off:
By pressing the party key the light can be
switched on and off irrespective of the brightness
value and of motions. The expensive installation
of a wall switch (On/Off automatic) is no more
needed.
Hint:
Because of the sabotage protection the function "Light
off" is deactivated in the factory. When required it
must be activated again.
Activation/deactivation of the Function "Light Off":
1. Mains to be connected – a self test cycle of 60 sec
starts. The LED is flashing.
2. Activation/deactivation of the function "Light Off"
can be done only during the self testing cycle.
During the self testing cycle the button

Function "Light Off" is activated now.

Operation of "Party" and "Light Off"

Turning on and off the creep-under protection

If the LUXOMAT

protection and the inner security zone by pressing this
key.
Pressing again this key, the creep-under protection will
be switched on again.
Function/Walktest LED

This function allows you to turn the walk test

display off and on, i.e. it no longer signals the detec-
tion of movement. This is sometimes required for safety
reasons.
The acknowledgement of a signal of an IR-RC signal
however will still be indicated.

Should the user want the alarm strikingly to be
visible to the connected world, this program function
permits flashing of the connected lights for a period
of 30 sec. upon detection of movement. After that,
the system switches back to permanent light for the
remaining time of the set value.
