You have chosen a quality product from BEG that
was manufactured, tested and packaged with the
greatest of care.
Please read these instructions prior to mounting your
unit.
We reserve the right to make technical changes to
improve the product.
Caution: have all work involving the 230V mains
supply carried out by a qualified electrician! Before
starting disconnect the mains!
Please be aware, that the LUXOMAT
not suitable as an intrusion detector, since it is not
equipped with a tamper contact according to VDS
regulations.

Mounting
Optimum sensitivity is achieved by mounting the unit
in a position lateral to the walking detection. The
optimum mounting height is 2.5m (figure 2 point 3).
The range is lowered accordingly if the unit is mounted
at a lower height.

The unit should be mounted at a distance of 5
to 6m from the connected light, (1+2) use the
cover-up clips supplied if necessary. (Fig.13)

