2. MAJOR CHARACTERISTICS:
This chlorine/bromine feeder has been designed to insure proper disinfection of swimming pool water. The model can be
easily adapted to any swimming pool installation of up to 180 cu. Metres. More than one may be installed for larger
volumes.
This feeder must be installed on the pool feedback line, after the filtration equipment and/or the heating system, water
cleaning system or any other equipment or system.
It only operates with compact Trichlorine or Bromine tablets. Never use any type of chemical product in the feeder.
By regulating the control valve and the amount of tablets available inside the feeder, you can easily adjust the amount of
chlorine/bromine required in order to maintain the suitable residual concentration in the swimming pool.
3. INSTALLATION:
3.1 INSTALLATION OF BY-PASS MODEL:
1.
Install the inlet pipe between the pump and the filter. And the outlet pipe to the return pipe, installation should
always be located after the heating system (heat pump or interchanger). If there is no system of this type, the feeder
should be installed after the filter (Fig. 2). Do not install in copper tubing.
2.
A valve must be installed on the water intake line to the feeder. Use adhesive to connect the intake and outlet
fittings to the Ø20 PVC tube (Fig. 3) place the latter vertically and make sure that there is no excess glue remaining
that might block the openings.
3.
A valve must be installed on the water outlet line from the feeder. Use adhesive to connect the intake and outlet
