10.3 PROCEDURE FOR REMOVING THE
TRAYS
To replace the tray proceed as follows:
•
Switch off the machine by means of the main
switch and pull out the power plug.
•
Open the main door.
•
Remove the neon cover by releasing the
clips and pulling it outwards as indicated by
the arrow.
•
Remove the electric connector -A- .
•
Pull
out
the
tray
resistance exerted by the positioning spring
(pull gently).
•
Pull the tray until it hits the stop, pull it
upwards, rotate it downwards until it is
released from the guide, then finally remove
it from the machine.
To mount a tray proceed as follows:
•
Insert the tray.
•
Push the tray until it engages in the locked
position.
•
Insert the electric connector -A-.
•
Replace the neon cover by inserting the
connections of the cover in the relevant
seats.
•
Close the main door.
•
Energise the machine by means of the main
switch.
10.4 MODIFYING THE TRAY NUMBER
Vending
machines
with
transformed into machines with 6 trays by
proceeding as follows:
•
Switch off the machine by means of the main
switch and pull out the power plug.
•
Open the main door and remove the neon
cover.
•
Pull out all the trays from the vending
machine.
•
Move the guides det. B (the last one on the
bottom is already in the correct position
consequently it does not need to be moved).
•
Move the connectors, det. A, placed on the
bottom of the cabinet.
•
Add a pair of guides.
•
Mount 6 trays and check that the connectors
are plugged in correctly.
•
Set the new prices.
